Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 20% fee of the service will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours from appointment time. No shows will result in a 50% charge of service booked. If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes,your appointment will be cancelled and will need to rebook. Your deposit will be forfeited.
